Returns

We have a return period of 14 days after receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging, including proof of purchase. Return costs are at the customer's expense.

To start a return, email info@fetastarterkit.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products, for food safety reasons we do not accept returns of opened cheese or starter culture packages.
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Sale items or gift cards.

Damage and issues

Received a defective, damaged or incorrect item? Contact us immediately at info@fetastarterkit.com so we can propose a solution.

Exchanges

Return the current item and place a new order after approval.

14-day cooling-off period (EU)

If you live in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided it is unopened and unused in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
